1. What types of jewellery do you offer?

We offer a wide variety of fashion jewellery like chokers , haarams , pendant sets, jhumkis , studs , finger rings , khadas , bangles and much more.

2. Are your products made of genuine materials ?

For us quality comes before anything , so there is no compromise in the quality of any jewellery . Be it a small ring or a long necklace we only sell the highest quality jewellery.

3. How do I determine my ring size or necklace length?

All the sizes of jewellery are mentioned in the products' description. You can check them before buying.

4. Can I customize my jewellery (e.g., engraving, gemstone selection)

Sorry, we do not customize any sort of jewellery at the moment. Although we have a very wide range of jewellery you can choose from.

5. How do I care for and clean my jewellery?

  • Polish with a non-abrasive cloth for regular maintenance.

  • Use a soft cloth, not paper towels, for drying.

  • Store in a cool, dry place using zip-lock bags or cloth pouches.

  • Avoid exposure to chlorine, saltwater, and chemicals like bleach.

  • Stay away from abrasive cleaners and jewelry cleaning "dips."

  • Be gentle when cleaning opaque gemstones; avoid chemicals.

  • For jewelry with gemstones or pearls, avoid water immersion and abrasive cleaners.

6. What is your return and exchange policy?

Did not like the colour / design / quality. Do not worry, we have an easy return policy of 7 days from the day of purchase. Just raise a return request from the message you have received during the time of delivery.

7. How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped?

It usually takes 2-5 days to get delivered at your doorstep or in rare cases it might take 5-7 days. Do not worry we are constantly ensuring the product reaches you as soon as possible in a good condition.

8. Do you offer international shipping? If so, what are the shipping costs and delivery times?

Sorry, we are not shipping internationally right now. We are working on it and will be shipping across other countries soon!!!

9. Can I track my order? How do I receive tracking information?

You can track your order once it has been placed, you will be receiving a tracking link in your registered mobile number/email address.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We have Phonepe payment gateway which accepts multiple payment options like credit card, debit card, UPI apps like phonepe, google pay and bank transfer. We also have a Cash on Delivery option at a standard cost of INR 100/-.

Please do not accept the order if the package is in a tampered stage at the time of delivery and please contact us regarding the same. You can email us or contact the customer support.
