Returns and Refunds

At JEWELFY we pride ourselves on our trustworthiness, safe shopping environment, and secure transactions. We understand that sometimes our customers may not be completely satisfied with their purchases. To ensure a positive shopping experience, we have established the following return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility:

Customers are eligible to request a return if they are not satisfied with their order within 7 days from the day of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that it was received along with the original packaging.

2. Return Request Process:

To initiate a return, customers should place the return request on the message they received at the time of delivery. Please provide the following information in your return request:

- Order number

- Reason for the return

- Any supporting photos or documentation (if applicable)

Once we receive your return request, our customer support team will review it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your return. If approved, further instructions will be provided on how to return the item and the return address.

3. Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

4. Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please include this information in your return request message.

5.Cancellation Policy:

To cancel your order, please follow these simple steps:

  1. If your order has not been dispatched:

    • Send an email to help.jewelfy@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order.

    • Include your name, phone number & email address in the email.

    • Use "Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]" as the subject.

  2. If your order has already been dispatched:

    • Simply decline the order during the delivery.

    • Send an email to help.jewelfy@gmail.com with the same subject:

             "Order Cancellation - [Your Order Number]."

Please note that cancellations can only be processed within the specified timeframe mentioned above.
